Copley XC Weekly Update
September 14–20, 2026 • Senior Night Week
🎓 Senior Night Week
Thursday is Senior Night as we host Revere at Howe Meadow!
A big thank you to our Parent Program Director, Sarah Lust, for organizing many parts of Thursday's Senior Night celebration. Sarah has also organized our Pasta Dinner Plan throughout the season, and we appreciate all the work that goes into making these events happen for our athletes.
🍝 There will be no Team Dinner this week because of the Revere Dual Meet and Senior Night on Thursday.
🎓 Senior Night will follow Thursday's meet.
🚗 Thursday is self transport.
⏰ We will have an early Saturday practice from 7:00–8:30 AM at Copley High School.
🔎 Finding Our ParentSquare Posts
We will use CHSXC on our Cross Country posts so schedules, meet information, reminders and other team updates are easier to find throughout the season.

💤 Sleep & Recovery
🏆 Sleep Champion: Ryan Gerst
Congratulations to Ryan Gerst, this week's Sleep Champion! Ryan averaged an outstanding 9.4 hours of sleep.
Continue making sleep a priority and logging it every day. The more consistently we track sleep, the better we can understand how recovery connects with training, soreness, effort and performance.
Let's Bring the Golden Spike Home!
Compete for each other, support every race, and stay afterward to celebrate our seniors.
