Workout Clocks

Load or build workout clocks with work and recovery intervals, rep groups, athlete assignments, host and follow device sync, and live segment display.

Sessions

Save race and workout results as local sessions, review split details, share CSV files, attach recordings, and upload when signed in.

Settings

Manage sign-in, save location, capture mode, app privacy settings, and multiple-device roles from one place.

Primary Workflow

  1. Prepare athletes. Add athletes manually, import a CSV, create lists, or load a meet from the API when signed in.
  2. Select the clock. Use 5K, 2 Mile, Meters, or Workout Clocks depending on the event or training session.
  3. Start and capture. Start the clock, use on-screen controls or hardware buttons for splits, and optionally record video or audio.
  4. Save the session. Press Save/Finish to archive the CSV and recordings locally.
  5. Share or upload. Use Sessions to review, share, delete, or upload saved results when connected to Copley Running.

Offline use

Local athletes, CSV imports, created meets and races, and cached API races can all be used without a network after they are stored on the device.
